Mortgage Broker VS Bank - A mortgage broker is free, no cost to you, the buyer. They will shop all the major lending institutions to find you the lowest rates and fees. The bank you choose pays the broker for your business. Have a broker do the your mortgage shopping for free.

FSBO's -I am able to act as your agent to negotiate on any property that is listed or not listed for sale. Have a professional negotiate the best possible price and save money.

Save Time & Money - I am constantly viewing new product coming on the market daily. I can find what you are looking for fast, and get you in to see the best buys first. Let me work for you. You will not miss any new listing.

Contracts & Legal Documents - I am dealing with legal issues on a daily basis. I will give you a high level of comfort explaining all legal documents and issues that occur with a home purchase. Always protecting your legal interest.

Loyalty - This is a serious business and requires your loyalty with me as your realtor. In return I will commit to you to find the best home, at the best price in the least amount of time. We are commission sales people and get paid, only if you use us to buy.
