    In Kelowna, the inventory of newly listed houses is down substantially over the previous week, while condo listings in Kelowna are up from last week. Overall, the inventory of active house and condo listings in Kelowna has remained stable over the past few weeks.

    In West Kelowna, new listings of houses are up over last week while the number of condos new on the market is on par with previous weeks.
