    New listings of both houses and condos in Kelowna were down this week, as were the sales. We’ll likely see declining listings and sales over the next few months as we head into the fall/winter season. House listings in West Kelowna were also down but there was an increase in condo listings. The sale in West Kelowna of 3 houses in the million plus range has skewed the average price for that area this week.

    Average selling price fluctuates substantially from one week to the next in these stats as the properties involved may not be comparable.  If you’re interested in the average selling price of a certain type of house or condo in Kelowna or West Kelowna, please contact us.
